Context
After a merger, the company was running more than one Microsoft 365 environment, with identity and access managed in different ways.
What I did
Planned and led the tenant consolidation, from migration planning and technical implementation to user transitions. Alongside it, I tightened identity governance and rolled out MFA, Conditional Access and device compliance.
Outcome
The consolidation finished with zero downtime, and the identity controls became the standard baseline for every user and device.
